Over 300 guests attended the 2016 Fall Festival, which included trick or treating, cooking demos, live music, and a kid’s costume contest! For the second year running, Mrs. Famborough was the winner of the Sweet Potato Pie Contest!
Service and Remembrance activities took place all over the country on Monday, September 12th for the 2016 September 11th National Day of Service and Remembrance. Here at Athens Land Trust, VISTA and FoodCorps members rolled up their sleeves and joined together to work at the West Broad Market Garden and make a difference in the community.

This past Saturday the West Broad Market Garden hosted a fabulous volunteer day to help us prepare for our upcoming farmers market on May 2nd. Volunteers from the Society of Environmental Engineers, the UGA Habitat for Humanity and the UGA Horticulture all helped to make this a truly productive day!
