Bread & Butter Farms
Founded in February 2015, Bread and Butter Farms offers a wide selection of products organically grown at their local farm. Some of their products include organic blueberry syrup, butter, oil, eggs, kale, lettuce, radishes, and more.
As a family start-up, Abrahim’s Parlor is inspired and in honor of the family’s grandfather, Abrahim Khan, who owned a “Parlor,” a small town grocery store, back in Trinidad and Tobago. In the family tradition, we now provide a taste of traditional street foods, breads, and sweet treats from Trinidad, Tobago, and all over the world!
Seeds and Stems Farms
The farm land for Seeds and Stems farms was purchased in 2009, and began selling produce and flower bouquets in Spring 2017. Their goal is to provide affordable products to their community while also "preserving the natural environment in which we grow."

The Pearson Family has been growing peaches and pecans on the same land in Fort Valley, GA for over 130 years. They also offer products such as cookies, pies, cakes, condiments, and corporate gifts.
Maya & Miya Supreme Candles
From the family that brought you Rashe's Cuisine, Maya and Miya Supreme Candles is operated by two young sisters. All candles are homemade and come in a variety of colors and scents.
West Broad Garden
The West Broad Garden is a half-acre, production-oriented urban farm. The garden, as a Certified Naturally Grown agricultural site, utilizes sustainable growing practices. They avoid all inorganic fertilizers and pesticides as well as genetically modified seed. The West Broad Garden serves as a model for beginning farmers in the community to practice sustainable agriculture.
Located just one mile from downtown Athens at 235 Northside Drive, The Williams Farm is an oasis in the city where ALT staff, community members, and volunteers work together to grow produce, flowers, and herbs for our weekly farmers markets, Farm Share, and for donations to local food banks and soup kitchens.

R&R Secret Farms
Rita and her farm partner, Robert, own a small urban farm and provide high quality, local, and sustainably grown flower bouquets and vegetables. "We want to get to know our customers, provide nourishment and beauty, and bring joy to people's lives."
Colbert Confectionery is a woman owned manufacturer and marketer of premium, organic flavored vinegars to enhance salads, marinate meats, and enjoy with cheese, bread, and other products.
This creative couple work together to custom cut and paint locally salvaged wooden products such as cutting boards, coaster sets, ornaments, and tables. Mark first sold his wooden products in May 2016, and shortly after his wife, Rhonda, began painting ornaments to be included in their ever extending product list.
The Bog and The Dog Beef

Good Roots began as a micro-enterprise project of Multiple Choices, Athens Land Trust, EADC, and USDA. We work with physically and/or cognitively challenged folks, growing and selling Certified Naturally Grown seedlings including vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
