The Upcountry Oyster Roast is a spring celebration to commemorate conservation achievements from the past year and to raise funds to support future conservation efforts. The Upcountry Oyster Roast celebrates partnerships with landowners statewide who are working with ALT to protect over 19,000 acres of forest, farmland, river corridors and wetlands, historic sites, and public recreation areas in 36 counties and 10 of Georgia’s 14 river basins.
